Course terms of sale

1. Who sells

The courses are sold by 2032 S.r.l. (Coppino®), registered office at Via Don Francesco Gigante 16/C, 70011 Alberobello (BA), Italy, VAT number and tax code 08266250722, email info@coppino.it. For any question, cancellation or complaint, write to info@coppino.it.

2. What you buy

You buy one or more places on a cooking course held at one of our restaurants, on the day and at the time shown on the course page. The same page shows the location, duration, programme and number of places available.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, per person, VAT included. Before paying you see the total for the number of people you chose.

4. How to buy

Choose how many people, enter your contact and invoice details, accept these terms and the privacy notice, then pay on Stripe's secure page. While you pay, your places are held for 30 minutes.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed: we send you a confirmation email with the course details.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe, with the methods Stripe offers (card and others). We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends you the payment receipt.

6. Invoice

We issue an Italian electronic invoice with the details you give us when buying (tax code for individuals; company name, VAT number and recipient code or PEC for businesses). Please check they are correct: an invoice issued with wrong details has to be corrected with a credit note.

7. Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to the courses, because they are leisure services provided on a specific date (art. 59(1)(n), Legislative Decree 206/2005).

We offer you this option anyway: if you can no longer come, write to info@coppino.it at least 48 hours before the course starts and we will refund you in full. After that, no refund is due, but you can send someone else in your place: just tell us their name beforehand.

8. If the course does not take place

Some courses only run with a minimum number of participants, shown on the course page. If it is not reached, or if we have to cancel the course for reasons beyond our control, we let you know by email or phone and refund you in full. If we offer a new date, you can choose between the new date and the refund.

9. Refunds

Refunds are made through Stripe, to the same payment method you used. The amount is usually available again within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.

10. Taking part

Minors may take part if accompanied by an adult booked on the same course; every participant, minors included, takes up a place.

If you have food allergies or intolerances, tell us before the course: during the course you taste what you make. In the kitchen, follow the instructions of the person running the course, for everyone's safety.

11. Complaints

For a complaint, write to info@coppino.it: we reply within 14 days.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with a consumer fall under the court of the place where the consumer lives.
