Lunch Package – From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Duration: 2 hours
For those who want to discover the great classics of Apulian cuisine, the lunch package is a journey through authentic flavors and recipes that evoke the comforts of home.
During the class, you’ll learn to prepare: orecchiette, meat and bread meatballs, ragù e panzerottini dolci.
Guided by our chefs, you’ll put your skills to the test, discover the secrets of these recipes, and learn something new about Apulian culinary traditions.
And when the class is over? We’ll sit down at the table and taste everything we’ve prepared together!
The class goes ahead with at least 6 participants: if we don't reach them, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
