Kitchen assistant
We are looking for a kitchen assistant for our Alberobello and Monopoli kitchens. €900–€1,300 per month, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
You will work alongside our cooks preparing the dishes we are known for: fresh orecchiette, meatballs and beef rolls in tomato sauce, all made to family recipes. You will handle the mise en place, prepping and cleaning vegetables, and resetting your station at the end of service.
You will be part of a close-knit brigade, with organised shifts and two days off a week. We will agree on the location together: we are hiring in both Alberobello and Monopoli.
Pay ranges from €900 to €1,300 per month, depending on the experience you bring. If you are just starting out we will train you; if you have already worked in a kitchen, that is reflected in the offer.
What we're looking for
- A genuine wish to learn and to work in a kitchen
- A valid HACCP certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Availability at weekends and on public holidays
- Able to reach Alberobello or Monopoli
