1. Data controller
2032 S.r.l. (Coppino®), P.IVA IT08266250722. To exercise your rights, write to info@coppino.it.
2. What data we collect
First name, last name, email, phone, the location you're interested in, the role you name, the message you write and the PDF CV you attach. We also record the date of your consent, the site language, the IP address and the browser used to submit: these show how and when the application arrived.
Please do not include special-category data in your CV (health, religious beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin): we don't need it to assess your application.
3. Why we process them
To assess your application and, if things go well, contact you for an interview. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
4. How long we keep them
At most 12 months from submission, after which the application and CV are deleted automatically. If you want them deleted sooner, just tell us.
5. Who sees them
Only the people at Coppino® who handle recruitment. The data is stored on our servers and is never disclosed or sold. For sending emails we rely on an email provider acting as data processor. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a readable format, and you can withdraw your consent: withdrawal does not affect what we did before. If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian data protection authority.
7. Providing the data
Providing the data is optional, but without the fields marked as required and without a CV we cannot assess your application.
