Privacy notice for courses
Last updated: 17 October 2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is 2032 S.r.l. (Coppino®), registered office at Via Don Francesco Gigante 16/C, 70011 Alberobello (BA), Italy, VAT number and tax code 08266250722, email info@coppino.it. For any request about your data, write to info@coppino.it.
2. What data we collect
When you buy a course: first and last name, email, phone, number of places, invoice details (tax code, or company name, VAT number, recipient code or PEC) and address. We also record when you accepted the terms and the notice, the site language and the IP address the request came from.
You enter your payment details (for example your card) on Stripe's page: we never see or store them.
3. Why we process it
- to handle your purchase and your attendance, and to let you know if anything changes (performance of the contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- to issue the invoice and keep the accounts (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- to defend our rights in case of disputes (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep purchase and invoice data for 10 years, as Italian law requires for accounting records (art. 2220 of the Civil Code). Purchase requests whose payment was never completed are deleted automatically after 12 months.
5. Who else processes it
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland), which handles the payment as an independent controller, under its own privacy notice;
- the provider of the confirmation emails (Resend), acting on our behalf;
- the provider of the server the site runs on, acting on our behalf;
- our invoicing software and our accountant, for invoices and accounts;
- the Italian Revenue Agency's Exchange System (Sistema di Interscambio), through which every electronic invoice passes.
Within Coppino®, only the people who manage the courses and the administration see your data.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (the email service and, for some operations, Stripe) may process data in the United States. They do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it when we are not required to keep it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive it in a readable format. Write to info@coppino.it. If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Providing your data
The data asked for in the form is needed to buy the course and for the invoice: without it we cannot complete the purchase.
